Assalamualaikum... Repeat order from my neighbor Aida. Red Velvet Cake with size 6inch diameter RM55.00... Layan....
Topping cake frosted with cream cheese and sided by white choco compound slice. Upper cake deco with red velvet dust.
(Kek disalut oleh cream cheese dan coklat putih compoud dihiasi di tepi2. Bahagian atas kek diletakkan habuk2 dari kek itu sendiri)

Durian Crepe
Assalam...wah kat blog...kat FB nowadays banyak dok ceta pasai Durian Crepe.. Imah belum cuba lagi merasainya..membelinya... ataupun membuatnya.. Hari tu p IKANO coz kawan cakap ada juai...last2 licin daa....emm..... then 2nd time p laa beli durian n bahan2 nak buat... sekali anak2 dok keriau nak durian...nak durian.. kesian punya pasai.. bukak laa sebiji....last2.....licin oleh anak2 makan buah durian....emmm tertangguh lagi..

How to Make Pavlova
Assalam.... First time Imah belajar untuk buat Pavlova dari Joys of Baking.. But after a lots of trial baru kita akan tau apa yang keistimewaan Pavlova.

Kebanyakkan dalam resepi Pavlova, kita akan jumpan bahan2 "white wine vinegar" jangan tersilap kerana as muslim itu adalah kategori arak. Oleh itu, kita tukarkan kepada cuka "white vinegar".
Ini adalah rupa white vinegar yang Imah gunakan..

Jom Buat Macaron
Salam alls.... Dulu Imah pernah gak laa buat macaron.. huh bukan senang nak buat.. Patut laa kat luaq juai mahai rupa2nya perangai macaron lebih dasyat lagi dari pavlova.. So sini Imah nak share skit tentang asal usul macaron. JOM!!
"A macaron is a sweet meringue-based confectionery made with egg whites, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food colouring.[2] The macaron is commonly filled with ganache, buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two cookies. Its name is derived from the Italian word maccarone or maccherone.
The confectionery is characterised by its smooth, squared top, ruffled circumference (referred to as the "foot"), and flat base. It is mildly moist and easily melts in the mouth.[3]
Macarons can be found in a wide variety of flavors that range from the traditional (raspberry, chocolate) to the new (foie gras, matcha).[4] The fillings can range from jams to ganache to butter. Since the English word macaroon can also refer to the coconut macaroon, many have adopted the French spelling of macaron to distinguish the two items in the English language. However, this has caused confusion over the correct spelling. Some recipes exclude the use of macaroon to refer to this French confection while others think that they are synonymous" from Wikipedia
